Urja Disha Boiler Technologies is an extended Design office for global OEMs & End users, with experience in wide varieties of technologies for combustion of fuels for steam generation, fired heaters, and utilization of waste energy for plant utilities with a track record of delivering highly efficient, reliable, and cost-effective designs in shortest cycle time.

Job Purpose/Objectives

To lead and execute strategic sales initiatives for thermal engineering solutions, driving market expansion and revenue growth. The role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, guiding the sales team towards performance excellence, and collaborating with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving organizational goals.

Principal Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets for thermal engineering solutions.

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance excellence and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to address them.

Work closely with the technical team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for our thermal engineering solutions.

Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding company interests.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavior

BE Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical.

Min 12-15 Years experience.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Strong presentation skills, Familiarity with Search Engine Tools.

Excellent proficiency in Computer and Office software.

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
